Meet the Physio

Hi, I’m Pratik. I graduated in 2022 and have experience working in community physiotherapy, helping a wide range of clients manage pain, recover from injury, and improve their movement.

I take a holistic approach to treatment, combining tailored exercise programs, hands-on therapy where appropriate, and patient education to address both the physical and lifestyle factors that influence recovery. My goal is to empower each person to take an active role in their rehabilitation, helping them move better, recover faster, and stay active for life.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic pain, orthopaedic, neurological and vestibular conditions, as well as individuals living with disabilities, and have a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions.

With a background of playing hockey for over 15 years, I have a strong understanding of sports-related injuries and the demands of returning to activity. I enjoy working with active individuals to support their recovery and help them perform at their best.
